Self realization is just not a spiritual word used in relation to ethics and philosophy! Self realization has a deeper connotation... in English it simply stands for reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)! Gaining self realization means becoming a man God like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed! Reaching stage of self realization announces culmination of all things spiritual! The stage of self realization can be reached by any establishing absolute control over five senses and mind. Furthermore practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is also necessitated! Self realization is the highest stage that can be achieved by human beings!

I have counted many hippies as friends, and still do.

Sorry to say, most have retreated to their middle class bubbles.
A few remain in the fields, relentless in their disregard for convention.

The times you describe were real…if only for a brief moment.

Jarid, the improvements being made are so that Bloomsburg University is more energy efficient. The electric al consumption of the dorm halls and apartments do not even affect us negatively or positively. If anything, since the university will be saving over $33,000 dollars a year, the cost for utilities as a part of our tuition should be lowered.

As an old timer, the 1970 Challenger was my all time favorite. I owned, restored and raced a bunch of 1970 – 1974 Challengers, including R/T, SE and T/A models.
This new Challenger keeps just enough of the old muscle car feel, while having tons of improvements in areas that really needed them, such as handling and braking.
One thing that has not changed is that people still want more power. It never ceases to amaze me when people contact us wanting to put stroker kits in these late model cars but I guess that improving and personalizing cars is one thing that will never change.
Nice article, it brought back a lot of great memories.
